Keys That Kare will assist you regarding our return policy. Please note that we will not refund any of our product(s) until an email is sent (firstname.lastname@example.org) and has been authorized by management. Once approved, the item(s) must be returned within 21 days of receipt in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original product labels. We have full consent and will reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original product labels. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Once the receipt has been received by Keys That Kare, please be aware that the credit to the purchaser’s account may take up to seven business days.
